Eu am lasat-o cam 6-8 minute dupa ce a dat in clocot. Intre timp batem ouale cu cascavalul ras (cam 100 gr) si punem faina cat sa iasa aluatul ca pentru pane. Dupa ce a fiert conopida, e floare la ureche :) Tavalim buchetelele de conopida prin aluatul nostru si le punem la prajit. Dupa ce termina de fiert, luati din aceasta compozitie 15 linguri la care adaugati ciocolata, romul si nucile - acestea vor forma glazura. Puneti restul compozitiei la racit, adaugati galbenusurile, faina, un pachetel cu praful de copt stins si patru albusuri batute spuma. Coaceti compozitia intr-o tava unsa si tapetata cu faina. Cand este gata, turnati peste ea glazura preparata anterior. Pachetul de foi il lasam la temperatura camerei sa se dezghete, nu-l dezghetam fortat. Intindem foara, o taiem in dreptunghiuri si punem cate o lingurita de branza rasa pe fiecare bucata. Impachetam pateurile si le punem intr-o tava unsa cu foarte putina margarina sau o putem lasa chiar asa neunsa. Ce ramane se taie bucatele mici, se amesteca cu smantana, cu branza rasa, cu oul batut si cu verdeata. Dovleceii scobiti se aseaza intr-o tava si se acopera cu umplutura de mai sus. Deasupra fiecarui dovlecel se mai presara un pic de branza sau de cascaval. Ii introducem la cuptor. Se amesteca aluatul incet cu o lingura de lemn. Esente eu pun 1 plic de zahar vanilat si 1 fiola de esenta de vanilie. turnam aluatul intr-o tava unsa cu margarina si tapetata cu faina. Visinile le dau prin zahar inainte de a le aseza in tava. Deasupra se pun ficateii cruzi, neprajiti, nefierti. rosiile le tai felii si le pun peste ficatei. Se stropeste cu ulei si se agauga putina, putina apa. Usturoiul il puteti pune ori taiat felii, ori pasat. Se introduce in cuptor. Eu inainte o preparam altfel, dar aceasta este mult mai buna si de atunci numai pe aceasta o fac. Aluatul il framant si il cresc la masina de paine, iese mai mult decat perfect.&lt;br /&gt;Aluatul se intinde in tava, se unge cu ketchup si se pune ce avem prin casa (cubulete carnaciori, felii de sunca, felii de kaizer samd). Vine randul ciupercilor taiate felii, maslinelor felii, ardeilor felii....se mai poate pune porumb, ceapa, cum va place. Se frige pe toate partile. Cand este fript, pestele se pune intr-un castron, iar deasupra lui se pun rosiile fripte taiate felii si ardeii capia curatati de coaja si taiati fasii. Deasupra se presara zahar tos si nuca macinata. Se adauga iar 3 foi de placinta unse cu ulei, iar nuca si zahar ... si tot asa. Ultimul strat trebuie sa fie de foi de placinta. Se unge bine foaia de deasupra cu ulei (se unge bine pentru ca altfel  se usuca foaia in cuptor si se se indoaie), se portioneaza baclavaua cu un cutit bine ascutit si se introduce tava la cuptor pentru 20-30 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se prepara si siropul intre timp: se pun la fiert 250 ml de apa cu 300 g zahar si 2 linguri miere. Intre timp curatam ceapa, o tocam si o punem la calit. Cand s-a rumenit frumos adaugam carnea. O perpelim un pic, adaugam mararul frumos tocat, 1 ou batut, condimente dupa gust. Cartofii ii decojim si ii taiem felii. Asezam in tava un strat de cartofi si un strat de carne, un strat de cartofi si tot asa....ultimul de sus va fi de cartofi. Dizolvam pasta de tomate in putina apa, pe care o turnam peste musaca. Punem tava la cuptor pentru o ora, o ora si ceva. Se pune aluatul in formele de tarta  si se dau la cuptor .Cand este gata, se lasa sa se raceasca si se umple cu crema de vanilie. Restul...kaizerul, ceapa, rosiile foarte marunt taiate...se calesc toate, nu foarte mult totusi, pana nu mai iese sange de la ficat. Dupa aceea la lasam sa se racoreasca putin si apoi incorporam ouale si condimentam cu sare, piper si putin curry daca va place ca si mie mai &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;font-size:100%;" class="postbody" &gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;condimentat. Indesam compozitia inauntrul curcanului si prindem pielea de la gat si intre picioare cu scobitori. P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;referabil legati picioarele cat mai apropiate ca sa nu avem surprize la cuptor.Il punem direct in tava si il acoperim cu folie de aluminiu.
